Since its origins in 1992 Díaz Paunetto’s Office had its sight on designing and building its own projects. An initial period marked during the first 7 years of operation, was characterized largely by commissions mostly involving the construction of projects. An extremely important phase in Díaz Paunetto’s career as it helped develop a profound understanding of the construction process which has influence his work spanning more than 2 decades. After 1998 began a shift towards design strongly rooted in the construction experiences of previous years. Since then Díaz Paunetto has been recipient of numerous local, regional and international awards, taught at the principal schools of architecture in the island and has lecture extensively at academic and professional institutions. Furthermore, we are legally authorized to practice architecture in the states of New York, Florida and Puerto Rico.
