A clean, refreshing aesthetic reinforces its wellness focus, with custom-designed elements such as the main service counter and larger tables. Viveverde’s walls double as educational infographics highlighting the local produce economy.

Directly across the patio and facing the East Connector, the second concession Cafetolio complements Viveverde and helps activate both the patio and connector frontage, strengthening the project’s goal of creating accessible, inviting amenities within the Capitol District.
