Jury Comments:

XVIII Puerto Rico Architecture Biennale

Jury Comments:

Jeff Brock (Moneo Brock), Adib Cúre (Cúre & Penabad), Carie Penabad (Cúre & Penabad) and Veronica Rivera Rosa (Field Operations)

Jury Comments:

Jury Comments:

“A Project with a clear strategy that relates the building to the city and ocean beyond. The treatment of the elevation is a whimsical relationship to the ocean and animates the building’s presence on the street. Command the architect as the developer of the project, elevating the role of the architect from strategist, to developer, to builder.”
