This project envisions a contemporary residential experience that blends comfort, efficiency, and flexibility. At its core, the residence features an open-plan layout that seamlessly integrates living, dining, and kitchen spaces, complemented by a spacious primary suite, guest accommodations, and direct access to a private outdoor terrace an ideal setting for modern lifestyles.

Alongside the residence, a collection of eight suite types (A–H) has been carefully designed to meet the needs of a wide range of guests. From compact layouts that maximize efficiency for short-term stays to family-oriented configurations and fully equipped studios for extended living, each suite balances functionality with refined, modern design. Custom millwork, integrated workspaces, and thoughtful furnishing solutions enhance comfort while maintaining a clean, contemporary atmosphere. Together, the residence and suites offer a cohesive vision of modern urban living in the heart of San Juan, where flexibility and design elevate everyday experiences.
