Atlantic Health Park is a design proposal for a 780,000 sqft medical and commercial development which includes more than 280,000 sqft of parking structures. The project is located on a 41,200 sqmts lot at the principal entrance Dorado, at the crossroads of downtown and suburban and touristic Dorado. The Project included hospital facilities, medical office space and retail commercial space for lease, in an effort to develop a boutique-like hospital facility surrounded by medical clinics and offices concentrating in specialized ambulatory surgical procedures. It will also include a small theater and outdoor cafes and restaurants to promote pedestrian activity at ground level.

The proposal intends to act as a catalytic agent to promote urban revitalization and growth in this section of Dorado as well as to promote a better vehicular and pedestrian activity in connection with downtown’s residential, commercial and institutional activity.
